Hi Ryan F. , I made a reservation for 23th july at Expedia and due to my flight I will be arriving at hotel only 24th , 01:00 a.m. Will I be having problems to do a `late check-in`?

When I stayed at your hotel, I was told that pets are permitted on 3 of the 4 floors, but why is the 4th floor not the no pet floor? It would make more sense because I stay on the 4th floor to avoid noise from above and dogs could be noisy. It seems like the logical arrangement.
And during my stay I did see a lady bring her large dog next to the food display. This seems to be very unsanitary and disrespectful to those of us that do not want pets around our food.
I did rate my review 5 stars for all ratings, but this is something that bothered me.
Please advise why not 4th floor, no pets and isn't it a health violation to bring your dog next to the food area?

Thank you for staying at the Oceanside Residence Inn. We appreciate the positive review and feedback from your visit. To answer your questions, we attempt to block the majority of our pet rooms on the ground level. This is the most appropriate place as it gives the easiest access to the exits to the outside pet walk areas. However, our pet friendly feature of our hotel is one of our most popular features and it is not always possible to keep all guests on the ground level. Our next most popular request is for rooms on the top level. Therefore, we have allowed pets on the 4th floor to accommodate these requests. We still have some guests that may have allergies or just prefer not to stay in a room or on a floor that allows pets. For this reason, it left us with the 3rd floor as the remaining available floor that we could isolate as a no pet area.
As for pets in the food display area, you are correct as we do not allow pets in this area with the exception of service dogs. I apologize if this was not eforced during your visit. I have shared your feedback with the food and beverage staff as a training opportunity for the future.
