Free hotel shuttle service was excellent. Takes you wherever you want, pickup whenever/wherever. Excellent.

Typical business hotel, okay rooms. Staff was good. Happy Hour was okay and also beer and chips in the lobby. Didn't enjoy the breakfast buffet. Some of the things like doors and showers were really dated. I am not a tall guy guy at all...เพิ่มเติม
I had stayed few days on business and found the hotel comfortable and a cozy. The bar at night was good and the food was tasty. Buffet breakfast could have been better as the options were very limited.
We didn't have high expectations on the 4 Points but found several highlights surprisingly:

I realised I was already charged for 2 nights stay in one month later, with no notice or receipt received so far. I'd like to ask for a receipt over emailing rather than making international calls. Thanks
