Excellent hotel, well situated off the main strip but only a 5 minute walk to the lovely beach. Staff very friendly and helpful, but Oh deserves a special mention as he went above and beyond to help organise a birthday celebration. Rooms spacious and clean, efficient housekeeping.

Stay here for about 4 weeks in a 2 bedroom family suite with my wife and 2 children. Very nice and clean room. Excellent hotel, super nice great staff. They make you feel very welcome. The best hotel i stayed in Thailand. This will be my number 1 choice every time i come to Pattaya/Jomtien area.

Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Oda olabildiğince temiz olmasına rağmen banyoda ufak sinekler vardı. Otelin konumu gayet iyi bir yerdeydi. Tuktuk ile Pattaya’ya ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Sahile çok yakın olmasından dolayı vakit kaybetmiyorsunuz. Bunun dışında çevrede market, cafe bulunması da büyük avantaj.

When we arrived at the hotel (after the stated check-in time) we were given a room, but when we got there someone was still cleaning it. No one had mentioned this at check-in. Not wanting a dirty room, we told the cleaner to take her time and said we'd wait in the pool. We were then told it was ready, but it was filthy, including having poo on the toilet seat. When we showed reception, they said they were horrified and that it was being recleaned, but when we went back the poo was still on the toilet seat. We were then offered another room, but it was half the size and they said they didn't have any rooms of the type we'd paid for to give us. In the end, we cleaned the room ourselves and just stayed in the original room. The cleaner even gave my husband cleaning materials, which seemed quite odd but perhaps guests end up having to clean their own rooms all the time?
Also, the pool looks nice but due to its position on the roof, is like a very warm bath, so isn't refreshing at all.

Stayed at the hotel from 24 nov. 2023- 09 dec.2023, married couple, 60+. The location is good - a clean beach is 5 minutes away, it’s quiet next to the hotel, there are cafes and supermarkets. The hotel is clean, cozy, small, without glamor, the furniture and plumbing are new, like in IKEA, the room cleaning is excellent. There is a kettle and a safe in the room. An important advantage of the hotel is the hotel team. From the beginning of the holiday and every day: sincere friendliness and disposition towards guests from all employees: reception, cleaning, security, repair team. They welcome you as a valued guest and try to make your vacation wonderful. The receptionist smiles, stands up, greets those entering, the security guard will open the door, help you throw out the trash, smile, issues are resolved instantly (there were nuances with the safe, with water, with the room set up): the staff solves the problem without delay, which is very convenient and pleasant. I would especially like to thank the reception staff: Aop, Achi, Beer, Jack. They always tried to find kind words, talk, help with recommendations or with a taxi, made compliments on fruits, gave coupons for dinner and a cafe at the hotel, we were very happy to take a photo with such wonderful people as a souvenir. We sincerely thank you for this holiday, which was created for us by the hotel team - a team of professionals!
