I checked into the Surburban extended stay 2050 peachtree Industrial court Chamblee on 6/5/15 3:12pm, my account number: 401673007. I paid $2,247.01 cash for 63 nights. Due to personal reasons I checked out 8/5/15 and was billed $45 plus taxes which came to $50.4 pernight for the total of 12days i stayed which came to a total of $604.81 for the weekly ratw. However all efforts to collect my money has proven abortive. The day of check out by miss Tami and the first General manager said they dint carry that much cash and the only option would be to mail me a check which after much manipulations i agreed to. Its been 3weeks now and i still havent received my check. I keep calling and they keep giving me excuses. Today is July 1 and i called to speak with the general manager and was told he wasnt available but the Asst. Manager Jasmine was so rude and still told me they dont know when the check will come and all i had to do was wait. This is very irresponsible of this company and am willing to go to the full extent of the law. Even if it means suing for damages if i don't get a response soonest. How do I report them?
