So when looking for a destination we found what we thought would be a good spot. We asked to pay for everything up front when making our reservations; Camping spots, rented a camper, 2 golf carts, and they took a head count of everyone in our group. we did not want our children to pay for their stay. When checking in the gentlemen that took care of us, said that we could have 2 vehicles on each campsite. He told some of our party that all the rest would have to do was get a vehicle pass. Well the lady that took over running the desk, started to charge everyone that came in after that. Heres the problem, we paid around $1000.00 for our weekend; we made sure that everyone was accounted for so that they would not have to pay. She turned around an nickel/dimed. When confronted with it, she said she could look up our reservations to see that we indeed paid for all our guest; but she didn't really want to. It seems ridiculous that she just didn't get on the computer to check to see that we are right. Seems silly that you would run your business this way. My advice, don't let her at the desk! Perhaps doing a job where customers are not involved. oh and let me tell you about the camper we rented. It was suppose to be 29-32 ft in length, we estimated it was 25-27 ft. It was suppose to sleep 6 adults; 3 of them traveled to a hotel for comfort sake. Oh and of course she charged more because my son came in late....... So if you want to be charged when you already are being charged go ahead and stay; as for me and my crew its a no.…
