We had a problem with the coupons they gave out at the desk. We said we were going to the famous Warren's Lobster House, and they gave us some coupons to use. We went to use them and they said "they expired Sept. 30" ! We were sooo embarrased. The desk should check over all expiries before offering them to guests. That's our only complaint.

Our trip to Kittery for a wedding has been marred by our terrible accomadstions! The rooms smelled funky. Old and musty. I asked for three non smoking rooms. One was non smoking but the other two were not! I was told there were no rooms left and since it was too late to find another room. Will not stay ever again!
