They do their best to keep the noise down but remember that this is a Party City if you're really there for quiet and peace this probably isn't the best place for you as it is popular for graduated seniors to party here
Hi, Its always a little scary picking a hotel that I have never stayed in before. I was seeing mixed reviews. than I read one with the B word. The hotel responded to the review which is always good. My question is it clean or not? i don't need the ritz I just need clean. I don't want to have to wear socks because the floor is dirty or a dirty bed & I defiantly don't want bugs Please Help. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out with your question. I do consider our rooms clean, we work very hard. That's not to say we don't miss things from time to time,we are human & such errors are a disappointment for everyone. I can say that if a guest brings an issue to us during their stay, we rectify it. We take any suggestion of having bed bugs very seriously. Things happen and I can't say it has never happened, it happens in the Hilton, the Holiday Inn, anywhere. It's happened in the Empire State building & major department stores, subways. We do preventative treatments, but any professional can tell you that a guest can bring them in. We are diligent about regular preventative treatments as well as having educated our staff on signs to look for. Our goal is total guest satisfaction, we want repeat guests!
