The staff was okay and the breakfast was average. The hallway downstairs always smelled of food from the cafeteria. The housekeepers kept chatting all day. The rooms were dusty and the place constantly wreaked of smoke. Overall a very basic place.
I stayed at this hotel last week for work and overall had a very pleasant experience.

I highly doubt it. They are very strict about their cleaning policy. So much so that they will charge you $250 if you bring a bicycle into the room. I suppose you can call the hotel but don't expect to get any helpful... เพิ่มเติม

I would avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of great hotels/rentals on the island and I'm sure you can find one that is dog friendly.
