Booked a room at the Best Western in January for a 2 night stay in early April. Got a call 10 hours before we were leaving for Mackinaw City that our room was cancelled but we were rebooked at a Hamilton. Say what?

Service and the rooms/view were awesome. Breakfast was great. Looking forward to staying there again. We had a room with a balcony on the beach the view and beach were wonderful. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, great restaurants within walking distance.
This is a wonderful hotel - be careful using the Mackinaw hotel booking site, they can change you to a different hotel. The area has a lot to offer and the hotel is in a perfect place to enjoy many attractions.
This is an average hotel. We stayed here with our 5 and 6 year olds. Those with children may like the idea that they have access to other water parks other than the pool! We loved doing that :) The breakfast is the normal complementary...เพิ่มเติม

I went directly to the Best Western web-site and specifically chose the BW Plus Dockside Waterfront in Mackinaw City and made my reservation directly with them. I had no issues at all - everything went smooth. Good luck!
Does this hotel allow individuals under 21 to stay?
As far as checking in under 21, I don't know. A simple call via there 800# would get you the answer.
So let me get this story straight! Your reservations we cancelled because of a problem with Your credit card and Was Not Their Fault! They tried to contact you to correct this and you didn't give them a phone number they could reach you at and Was Not Their Fault again! Then when you finally arrived they didn't have a room for you but found your accommodations at another hotel and You Gave Them One Star through no fault of theirs. You seem to be a difficult person to please, I know one thing though and that's you owe them an apology for your bad review rating and a correction of that review if possible. It seems to me that if I were rating you as a reviewer I might give you only One Star.
