Don't expect a to go breakfast if you are catching an early flight. Desk clerk could care less. Expensive and not worth $$$. Use parking service next door and stay at a less expensive Hampton. Will not stay here again.
I stayed one night before an early flight. I've stayed in this hotel in the past, and it is easy and comfortable. Breakfast begins early to assist travelers, which was why I chose this location.

I understand that the airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day, but how does the process work in order to use such shuttle? I need to leave the next morning at 5 am to go to the airport for a flight that leaves at 7:15 am. So do I need to let someone know or make arrangements to have the shuttle available to me at 5 am?

Does this hotel know the definition of respect or customer service? I would be disappointed to run a hotel such as this one. I would be ashamed if I were the Hilton chain and owned a hotel such as this one. All your front desk people showed be fired. You guys are the most disrespectful people known to man. If you can't treat your guest with respect, then you shouldn't be in Customer Service find a new job...
