Clean and new but...If you want to hear everyone walking in the upper floor..or talking in any adjoining rooms....ALL NIGHT...stay here...Worst ever...OMG...Walls , ceiling and floors...NOISY...If you want to sleep...its not here...
As a platinum marriot member, I’ve stayed at a wide variety of luxurious hotels around the world yet the customer service I was given here is unparalleled. My stay is a lengthy stay (50 days) and every single annoying request I made was met, above and beyond. The owner and family were the most hospitable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The way they treated me, you would think I was a family member staying in their own home. On top of the great customer service, the hotel itself is beautiful. Updated rooms with stainless steel appliances, everything clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
We had to bail out of Residence Inn at the ABE airport as that hotel was horrible. We rebooked the rest of our stay in the to this hotel as we stayed here last April. 180 degree difference. Clean, bright, very friendly staff. Easy parking and access to suites. A very nice stay!
Extremely clean, excellent friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable room with great facilities. To sum it up in one word QUALITY. This is the way a stay away from home should be. In the midst of the Covid-19 crisis we were well taken care of.
I booked my room online for 6 nights. The website said I could have a bed choice. I called the hotel for 2 Queens, and they said I would not be able to have it the first night. The room I was given has a sofabed and King. When you open the sofabed, it goes to the bottom of the King. I am 5’4” and can fit with my feet touching the end of the King. So I had to sleep in it instead of my son, who is over 6”. It was uncomfortable, so the front desk gave me an extra comforter. Resting with them both folded on top of the mattress was better, not great. The next day the hotel emptied because power was restored from the hurricane. I asked to switch to the 2 Queen rooms but was told that the rooms needed to sit empty for a few days due to COVID. Then those same rooms were given to other guests.I called the front desk and was told that the maids put them up for sale and forgot to save one for me. He said a special COVID cleaner had arrived, which they were using to clean the rooms faster. So I asked the maids if they could keep the next 2 Queen room for me since they forgot. They had no idea what I was talking about. The front desk had lied about that. So I can't get my money back because I paid in advance and I can't get a good night sleep. I work 13 hours everyday as a triage covid nurse. I just need a good night sleep between shifts. Unfortunately, that is too much to ask at this hotel.…
