The staff was excellent. I had a disputed charge with food and beverage that was resolved quickly and respectfully. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast is very good and room service is pretty quick for such a large facility.เพิ่มเติม
Nice property, great location, great gym and spa facility. Rooms are spacious, and well appointed. Lobby is large and welcoming. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is right across the street from the short hills mall. Great location.

In regards to your question about transportation from the airport to our hotel, the easiest mode of transportation would be either through Uber, a cab, or car service since they can take you directly to your destination. Typically UberX prices starts at $140, while the car service we work with is about $180 which is inclusive of tax, toll, and gratuity.
With regards to something more cost effective, public transportation is an option via Air Train, Long Island Railroad and then New Jersey Transit train and bus, however this option nearly will double the commute time if not take longer if unfamiliar with where exactly to go.

Our odd numbered rooms do face the front towards a mall view, and all the even numbered rooms have a woodland view. Our property is set back quite a bit from the street, so noise is not an issue, especially from our guest rooms.
In regards to the valet service, our price we offer is $16 each night, with a valet on call to access to your vehicle 24 hours a day as many times as you need.
As part of the Hilton HHonor program, complimentary wireless and breakfast is extended out to all Gold and Diamond members as part of their benefits. If you'd like to switch to a breakfast package rate, please feel free to speak to either our reservations team or the front desk to discuss the specific details regarding that change.

My sister used this hotel for her wedding guests last May and it wasn't a good experience. No one was able to get the hotel on the phone. Service was spotty. They lost reservations. Now we are getting ready to book a hotel for my daughter's wedding and I'm reluctant to use them. Thoughts?

Uncertain what your priorities are or your experience w/ hotel contracts, I'm hesitant to say "yay" or "nay." First thing I'd do is find out who owns the hotel and check to find out how stable their biz is. Usually when service suffers it's bec. the owner is not putting money into a property and into training.
I know it has the Hilton brand but am unsure if it's a Hilton managed property. Find out the management company's name and do a search about them. IF it's Hilton, go the regional sales office for assistance - they have people who can help w/ smaller events.
If you have other options, do a written RFP with very specific service questions to be answered by those properties you are considering. Compare their responses as well as the 'rates-dates-space' issues.
