The location of this for me is very convenient! It is on a quiet street at the side of Koreatown making it accessible yet one does not hear the noise. It is also near our favorite deli, Brettos and there are several establishments nearby for emergency supplies. A super yummy restaurant is also right beside it so for sure even with the restaurant in the hotel, one will not need to go far for food. The staff are extremely accommodating and polite. They do request for an incidental deposit of Php3000 per room but since we booked two rooms, this is reduced to Php 1000 per room. I suggest already that one be ready with the cash as I am not sure if they accept a credit card for deposit. They really made us feel at home considering the Christmas rush. Personally, I felt, once you step into the hotel, one can relax and leave the hustle bustle and worries right outside THEIR door due to the comfortable home like feel. Our room was a queen bed while my sister and mom were in a room with a queen and double. The rooms are big and amply supplied with necessities both toiletry and kitchenette in the event that one would want to cook. The refrigerator also that came with each room is not a personal sized one but a full two door ref. The beds are SO comfy and the pillows SO fluffy! Tried to take advantage of this and slept most of the time. :-) There is a pool and a jacuzzi though I personally did not try them despite both looked inviting. :-) The in house restaurant is quaint and does serve good food. Our room came with plated breakfast for both days and they do have options for this that comes with brewed coffee. Parking is not a problem as they have both in front and at the rear of the building with a guard to guide and make sure the cars are safe. To be honest, we wanted to stay longer after experiencing their hospitality. Definitely will be our go to hotel in Pampanga.

Enjoyed the stay even just only for a few hours. Hotel staffs are accommodating and very polite in dealing with their customers. With that, i would highly recommend the hotel to my colleagues and even with friends that are from far flung places. In fact in would love to check in for another time.
I stayed at Best Western Sure Stay Studio this August 2024 with my husband and baby. The superior room is very spacious and is equipped with a full functional kitchen with 2-door fridge, microwave, rice cooker, utensils, and sink. They also provided a fresh dish towel and new dish sponge, along with the toiletries. The rooms are also cleaned every day, with fresh replacement of toiletries and towels. The free breakfast options are also substantial and may be delivered directly to your room, if preferred. Staff are also very accommodating. Will definitely recommend and stay here again if ever we find ourselves again in Clark.
Free airport shuttle which can be arranged through Facebook or WhatsApp. The best hotel staff including the Driver Daryl, Reception Adele and Manager Karen. I love the staff here. The location is good and it is safe here. Highly recommended. There is also free wifi, indoor pool, elevator, and restaurant.
I have stayed here and its sister hotel multiple times, the first ones with family. That’s how I am sure that the quality of stay I had wasn’t one off. They are able to maintain the level of experience each time.
-Beds are heavenly. Just the right firmness. Comfortable up to 3 people. -Very clean hotel -Your own kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, big fridge, sink —-ideal for long staying guests who may wish to prep their own food. But in case you don’t want to: -they have room service and food is good. -internet is fast -hot shower is available anytime -they have a pool (haven’t had a chance to use it though) -accessible to places such as the airport, clark freeport, koreantown, malls -staff is courteous
I’ve had colleagues stay here too twice now on business and they cant help but rave how much they love it here. One is already a return customer.
Travel tip: When you get the chance to meet Dennis, he is also more than willing to recommend nearby places to visit. Pinatubo is a must try.
