This is definitely the worst Hotel!.... not just a Marriot but ranks in there with the “Bates” Hotel.... A new facility... and built out of wood with little to NO insulation!... I could hear the folks next store snoring .... the foot stomping from upper floors.... And I had to tell them that their laundry room was disgustingly dirty ... after being here for 10 days ... never ever was cleaned until I brought it to their attention. Staff are all very nice ... but who ever is overseeing this establishment has NO clue! Go to a BW, Holiday Inn when in this town of Canton Ny.... Can’t stress it enough to all travelers,, this hotel does not deserve the Marriott logo STAY away from this Marriott

Upon arrival early our room was ready and waiting. Went to check the room and found some items not up to the standard we enjoyed on our previous stays at this hotel. Went to front desk with pictures of our concerns and the lady in charge said she would have all issues corrected. Left for a hockey game and upon return all of the issues were addressed. The staff left a bag of goodies for us. Found 2 more minor issues that was taken care of the next day. Allison the general manager took very good care of us. Will forsure stay here again. Trying for rooms 2/7/20 and 2/8/20. Amy was also very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed a one night stay. The room was immaculate. Beds are SUPER comfortable and as a person who does not sleep well, I had one of the best night's sleep in months. Location is certainly easy to find. Parking is ample. The staff was great! From the initial call to make a reservation to check in and check out, everyone was great. Breakfast had more than enough variety and thanks to the Breakfast Hostess---worked very hard to be sure everything was well filled and very clean.

This is a new hotel with good sized rooms, comfortable beds, nice walk-in showers, and very nice breakfast. BUT, if you have allergies we suggest you stay somewhere else. The "new hotel" smell is very strong and I became very sick from the fumes.

Hotel is brand new and is definitely the nicest in the area. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We quite enjoyed our stay. Great location if you’re visiting St. Lawrence. It’s just a few miles away from campus. We will definitely stay again.
