Having stayed in world class hotels in many countries , our choice of Santorini n Katikies Garden resort to celebrate a special occasion , exceeded all expectations. Wow! We were we blown away from the moment we arrived. Our suite was brand new, super big and comfortable with all the luxuries and an amazing view, especially of the sunrise over the ocean and the donkeys passing below our balcony. A modern luxury hotel in a medieval setting. N of course there was the complimentary celebratory bottle of champagne and fruits in the room as well as a special cake at breakfast prepared just for us. The professionalism and personalised service from Ava and her team was superb, right from initial contact with the hotel to departure . A big Thank you also to Penelope, Anastasia, Pavlos, Dario n all the other staff. You are all really world class ! Thank you for the most memorable stay in Greece !…

A passeggio per Fira abbiamo scoperto questo originale monastero recentemente ristrutturato e riconvertito in hotel. Offre un ottimo ristorante ed una carta di vini pregiati delle Cicladi e della Grecia tutta. Complimenti allo chef per le insalate e per gli spaghetti alla marinara davvero degni di nota ed anche al sommelier per averci saputo indirizzare correttamente sugli abbinamenti cibo-vino. Speriamo di tornare in futuro al Garden dove il palato incontra il gusto in un contesto rilassante, elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio. Grazie

Lovely welcome from the friendly team. Breakfast was fab. Try the pancakes! Room great. Only fault is at times there was not a lot of atmosphere but I imagine this is down to the hotel being new. Also the pool is not open but my understanding is it will be in a few weeks. Location is great. Highly recommend.

This was by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Truly 5 star, beautiful room with a terrace (where you can see the sun rise from the sea!) bathroom and very comfortable bed. The staff are all amazing and can't do enough for you. We felt like VIP's! The breakfast choice is fantastic and all top quality. We were a bit concerned by previous reviews but please ignore them! It is a brand new hotel and beautifully converted from an historic monestary in a very modern and tasteful style. The pool isn't ready yet but they will arrange a free transfer to a sister hotel near Kamari beach. It is situated in a quiet part of Fira, convenient for the town, shops, restaurants, buses and sunset views. There is an amazing restaurant and spa onsite so you can have a very relaxing and special holiday. Love and best wishes to all the staff xx…

We recently spent several days at the Katikies Garden and couldn't be more pleased with the great accommodations and staff. The hotel has only been open a few months but the staff was already performing at a high level and if there are any kinks you wouldn't have noticed. Our reasons for staying here were far from ideal but the staff made it feel like it really was a vacation. And if you are looking for a great place to dine the food was amazing and if you go for dinner George and Alexandra are outstanding to say the least as well as Alex. They really made us feel at home. All the staff was truly great and you are right in the heart of Fira with easy access to all Santorini locations and the staff will take care of all your needs/travel/etc. while you are there. Enjoy!
