This chalet was a pleasant surprise, more a small house than chalet. Two bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area, ensuite, patio area with outdoor furniture and the exterior adjacent to native flora. If you have a disability the ensuite is configured and equipped to cater for guests with a disability or those that are able-bodied. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fully functional kitchen with all necessary appliances for a comfortable or lengthy stay. Caretaker was friendly and helpful. Happily stay there again if in the area. Morawa free WIFI available and a strong signal.

We stayed 2 nights at the Caravan Park. We were greeted by the caretaker , who was more than helpful to show what was still available. It is a first in first served, but you will not be disappointed. It is a Dog friendly camp. We would happily go again. Very very clean park.

Spent two nights. Accommodation was clean and included microwave, dishes cutlery and hand towels which many dont offer these days. Carport parking next to your accommodation. You do hear the people next door especially if they move chairs or walk heavy footed. Table and chair settings on the verandah is a nice touch to enjoy breakfast or dinner outside.

This is a very well run Shire operated caravan park. It’s run on a first in basis as reasonably small but has powered and unpowered sites, some nice chalets and room for tents. Dog friendly. John the on-site manager is very friendly and helpful. Great place to use as a base to explore the surrounding wildflowers.

We stayed in one of the 4 chalets / cabins. Spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The microwave and full sized fridge were appreciated. The local council should be commended for building and efficiently running such facilities. There was a temp onsite caretaker during our visit who was very friendly and helpful. Coalseam CP about 2 hrs away was the floral highlight but we also saw lots of wreath flowers about 38 km to the NE of town. Talk to the town Info centre and they will give the latest wildflower news. The town pub is well worth an evening meal visit. Do not be put off though by the 1st impressions as the meal servings were huge, well priced and the staff there were super friendly.
