We decided to take our children back to Bronte Park where we had visited several decades earlier. Our first impressions were a little questionable, but then we met the new chef and settled in. The staff were very accommodating and the evening meal was one...เพิ่มเติม
If I was only rating the accommodation I'd say it was woeful. Our 'Chalet' was a room that was small and old with inadequate heating. The ensuite was cramped and the room was overpriced. On the plus side it was clean and tidy.
Rooms and not clean: linen and towels smelled as used, carpets looked old and dusty. The breakfast was very expensive, for just toasts and soluble coffee. Is not worth the money it costs. The employees very friendly people.
we stayed for 2 nights and used tthis house as a base. it was clean, provided everthing we needed. yes it could do with a fix up, butthe managers have only just taken over. some minor problems, but i would go there again in a...เพิ่มเติม
The staff is so lovely and kind! The campsite is cheap and you still have everything you need. Beautiful surroundings to wake up to!This is just an amazing place, loved it! :) highly recommended and we would defs come back here again
Thanks for your feedback, we now have NEW Managers at Bronte Park Village and have commenced renovations. Hopefully you will come back again in 2015 and see some great changes.

As a family we have stayed here for more than 20 years and we have stayed recently and were not met with anyone friendly or helpful, we stayed in one of the renovated cabins (number 2) and there were many problems that if addressed would make the stay value for money, a teaspoon would be a good start and a check on light bulbs, a key to the back door and maybe a front door key that doesn't need fiddling around with to get it to work, a shower screen on the shower and an extension lead for the electric blanket so it can reach the PowerPoint, enough wood for the fire so we don't have to beg borrow and steal from the neighbours (sorry Mr Wooley) these are not even major things to fix but the management brushed them all off, if the returning families are put off this place it will continue to deteriorate as repeat business and good will keep it going, I give it 2 more seasons before it is bankrupt at this rate.
