We had an early flight from the nearby GSP Airport and wanted to avoid the morning interstate traffic so we booked a room and were very pleased. At check in our elite statues was recognized and amenities offered! We finished the check in process and had everything explained about the hotel by the desk agent. Our room was spacious, clean, and well stocked with towels/bath soap. We slept well on the comfortable bed and were not bothered by the nearby interstate. Breakfast was mediocre with only water, yogurt, an apple, and a packaged muffin. Coffee was also available 24/7 and free to all guests. We left the next morning and were pulling in the airport parking garage in about ten minutes. This hotel suited our travel needs, the staff complied with COVID-19 protocol, and our room was great. There continues to be construction occurring but we were not inconvenienced at all.…

Spent the night with some family members while visiting our daughter. I hesitated to book at first because of the mixed reviews. The hotel is still under renovation but from the lobby to our room on the 3rd floor, it wasn’t really messy. The elevator had no finishes yet and you could hear some faint sound of construction but that’s about it for the downside. The lobby was clean and neat, the staff were super friendly, and our room was clean, brand new, with very comfy beds and crisp sheets!! I loved the shower (finally a hotel room without a bathtub!) and the spacious room that fit 2 queens + sofa bed comfortably. The location can’t be beat— less than 5 minutes to Walmart and good restaurants. Will definitely come back and recommend!

The hotel is dated. Took forever for my laptop to sign onto internet. Ceiling paint peeling in the bathroom. Desk lampshade had rip/tear/hole in it. Metal trim ring missing on two ceiling fire sprinklers heads. Front desk staff, helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Bed Comfortable. Desk chair would not adjust properly. I was able to get a room in a quite spot of the hotel. I had forgotten that I had stayed here once before and had similar issues the last time.

It's nice to read good comments about our location, service and sleep quality but I'm sorry that your stay was unsatisfying because of housekeeping mistakes and the slow internet among other things. Worn carpet, peeling wall paper and ceiling, noisy bathroom fan and not much for housekeeping when they can't even take time to empty the liner in the ice bucket. However the staff was very friendly and breakfast was above average. Looks like the rooms are ready for a renovation!

I'm sure glad we use GPS gadgets these days. This HIE was "hidden" from view, a short drive along Parkway E to Dry Pocket Road. (Well, the hotel's property does "back" along I-85, but that didn't seem to faze us.) The hotel is clean and the reception staff very personable. There are many restaurants in the immediate driving area (within 2 or 3 miles), but, again, a GPS gadget comes in very handy to find those places. My only "negative" - and I suppose I can be impatient when I'm heading to the airport at 5:00 a.m. - is that the night/early morning desk clerk was doing some of the Breakfast Room preparation, and told me she would be there "in a minute." I didn't count how many minutes it was... not many... but it just seems she should have first tended to my check out instead of making coffee (or whatever she was doing.)…
