I decided to stay at Shaka surf hostal this time....2020 .The man working there ,Gabi, tried to molest me and when I told his boss,Jose Luis,he believed Gabis version instead of mine. Gabi had turned it all around which is what narcissists do.He seems to be do charming and giving but it's an act.His boss is the same. The shower doors didn't close properly also and the whole area is mouldy,the foamies on the beds were full of fleas and I got food poisoning once cause Gabi didn't refrigerate most of the food. They don't have even one female dorm and pack you in the dorms up to the roof.There are cameras so the owner could see all that happens there(parties till 4 in the morning disturbing the families around and people trying to sleep in the hostal too) but Jose Luis and Gabi didnt give a damn...just cares about money.Even when I reported all this to the boss Jose Luis, he lied to me about checking in on this and telling me he would change it .The other guy that works there, Roman, is really decent and needs to be paid a decent wage.They need to change things and I hope they all do cause as it is now...I'm considering going to the tourist police.Gabi needs to be fired and told to leave.Women travelling here will not be protected it seems.Mexico has to start paying attention.We are not just a cash cow. I just found out that the boss Jose Luis ,just fired Roman instead of Gabi.I hope karma takes care of this but avoid this place.He comes on to men too. would change it. He even got aggressive to me saying I was deluded and making it all up. .I went to the municipal town council and it appeared like he was going to do something but then the next day told me he couldn't do anything.Jose Louis had told him all the lies I guess. I'm considering going to the tourist police but am concerned that they also will just let them get away with it all and I will just be violated again. .Beware solo women in Mexico.They make you the ones that are at fault.I feel like the owner emotionally violated me all over again and when I asked for financial compensation he got angry..DO Not come to San Pancho and do not stay at these hostals.La selva is much better with decent people,especially Kevin.The place is a bit mouldy and they have a sewage problem but they really try to maintain the place and keep it clean and are very helpful.…
