Really nice hotel, breakfast was supposed to be hot but everything I got was always cold and nasty. The bathrooms are really spacious except for the toilet area and you literally are shoved up in a cubby hole on the toilet. It would have been...เพิ่มเติม

Room was very clean, a little worn but to be expected with amount of people that come and go in this hotel. By worn I mean slight flaws on corners of furniture, mattress felt new (no sags) and firm. Lobby area was very nicely furnished....เพิ่มเติม
I would have to say I was disappointed in our stay...The pool was nasty with trash, the breakfast was not the 18 "hot" items they advertise - same thing everyday, the indoor pool is so strong with Clorox you can hardly breathe - they had...เพิ่มเติม

If I remember correctly the hotel & inn are owned by the same company and are across the street from each other and we've only stayed at the inn. We didn't have a river view, but we weren't looking for one so it wouldn't have made a difference for us. The hotel does offer river views and the hotel has a nice big deck off the main lobby that allows you to sit outside if you need more than the room on your personal balcony. The Inn is a little newer and has a large outdoor pool and water okay area, so it boils down to what you're looking for. The entire property is family owned and they are very active so I know the maintance to room quality is always up to date. We are meeting planners and we use their facilities because we do an annual meeting there each year so that's how I know how active and involved the owners are. There property and responses to problems could have a direct impact on our business so that's why we've used them for the last three years. 😉. Hope this helps.
If I book on the hotel's website do I get charged when I book or when we check in/out?
