The hotel was average looking, but it was clean - that is big for me. The rooms were a very nice size suite and had excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was ok for boxed food. The gals at the front desk were nice and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights after arriving in Dallas. Really comfy bed, wonderfully friendly staff and great brekkie too- who wouldn't love Texas shaped waffles!!! We're back there next week before flying out and really looking forward to it 😀

I have pulled all of my receipts where I stayed at the Marriott properties this summer and non of them have a "Mishap fee" attached that was NOT listed on my bill ... I was given a bill with $548 and my card was charged $610
I called and the lasy at the counter said it was "normal" routine to charge someone without it being listed on the bill because there was a sign at the desk.... WHO reads your signs at the desk... Seriously this was not good... I disliked this little slip in the Marriott customer care.
If we messed something up I could understand... however I took out my trash - wiped the counters and put dirty towels all in one place to make it as easy as possible for housekeeping.
The tone of the call irritated me....a lot.
