This was one of the nicest Hamptons we have ever stayed in. Front desk people were so welcoming and helpful. Gave us coupons to restaurants in town plus menus of each one. Breakfast was fabulous! Stay!
Very clean hotel and friendly staff. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always get excellent service. The rooms are also very quiet compared to other hotels in Moab. The rooms are also very comfortable. The location in town is excellent relative to...เพิ่มเติม

Overall, a pleasant stay. Worth the money. Helpful staff, especially, at the breakfast room. They had western omelette. I dont eat bacon, so, the chef made me a cheese omelette. Nice location and clean, quiet rooms.
Read your review regarding credit card fraud in Moab, Utah. We visit Moab frequently. Over the past three years we have had our credit card information stolen four times. Two of the occasions the information was stolen by hotel staff. The scam is always the same, despite the fact we paid for the room using an online reservation site (Expedia, etc.) the staff asks for the credit card either to "verify identity", or "for incidentals." In both cases it was unnecessary for them to have the information, they just wanted the card so they could steal the numbers. (Should there be any "incidentals" the hotel can charge it to the card used to make the reservation.) In the other instances the information was stolen by restaurant and retail store staff. In all of these cases we knew who did it and reported it to the police. Moab law enforcement acknowledge there is an active identity theft ring operating within their tourist industry. We have now adopted a "cash only" strategy for Moab busineses. Plus, we only secure hotels via Expedia, etc. and if hotel staff ask for a credit card at check in we give them an old cancelled Visa. Bottom line, be careful with your credit cards in Moab, Utah!!!!

Taking a credit card is a standard procedure to protect the hotel against theft (or property and/or services) and damage. Just because you paid via credit card to the Online Travel Agency does NOT mean that they passed that information on to the hotel. Plenty of OTAs collect the money and the hotel then invoices the OTA for their portion of the rate. Most large chains do have a cash deposit option though they are loath to use it.. be aware of their refund policy some hotels will refund cash deposit via check since the money has been probably been dropped in the safe at the end of the shift of the desk agent that checked you in, so they may not hand you a pile of cash at the end of your stay.
