I was looking forward to staying at this hotel after reading all the reviews i had read on Trip Advisor. Unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. The second we entered the hotel we felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff....เพิ่มเติม
There cannot be enough nice things to say about this fine luxury hotel. Minutes from Broadway, the convenience of not having to shuttle across town before a show was a godsend. The staff were the nicest I have ever met in the city, and I...เพิ่มเติม

My experience at the Chatwal, was that it is a first class hotel that will go above and beyond to accommodate a guests needs so I would go ahead and ask for a room on a lower floor that has access to stairs. You need to be aware that the elevators in this hotel are room key operated. Which means you pass the magnetic card in front of a "card reader" to get to your room.
I think if you give the management a floor range I.e. Between the 1st &3 red floor for example...... they would be able to accommodate your need. I hope this is helpful.

Hi TA readers I have booked my trip to New York and Chatwal for a friend's 50s celebration. Any recommendation on how to chose the room (I booked the basic room but would like a quiet room). Many thanks
