The conditions is worth the price. Our second time in this hotel, room is clean, drinking water, soap, towel were provided. Hair dryer and mosquitoes racket were provided in the room. We can park our car in front of the unit if the place is available:) it is really convenient for us. Everything good in the room, nice design and good space. Comfortable bed, pillow and blanket too. It cost us 500 baht booking through Agoda but they only accept cash to be paid at the hotel directly. All good and we like the environment here. There are also foods available nearby , walking distance to the street. Fast and easy check-in with a friendly reception guy who can speak a little bit if English. Highly recommended 👍👍
One of the best hotel I've been. 1 - Parking space infant of your room 2 - Strong and fast wifi 3 - Clean and SUPER comfortable room 4 - Just a 5min walk from the night market 5 - Extremely nice owner! 6 - Breakfast included but we preferred 7-11 food.. haha..
We came without booking as we are on a road trip and they open up several rooms for us to view.
Cons - Aircon too strong? (wonder if this considered a con) haha - Ants a bit too many for one of the rooms. (need to avoid putting anything with "sweat" or water else they will come and "hang around" Took me about 30 min to shift my belongings from TV table top to bed. (tons of stuff)

An absolute brilliant find. Staff could not be more friendly. Rooms clean and tidy. Beds comfy, bed linen spotless. No 2 rooms the same in this converted street market. I would definitely use it again. Not far from shopping mall with various western fast food outlets. Plenty of local shops and restaurants. Price per night is very reasonable.
Une escale à Chumphon avant de prendre le bateau pour les îles. La dame qui nous a accueilli a été géniale, elle nous a réservé le taxi pour le lendemain, et nous a donné le choix des chambres. Tres sympathique et elle parle bien anglais! L’hôtel est bien situé, et pas très loin de la gare. Les chambres sont propres, tout était bien.
The hostel is in the city center, a few minutes to the mall and food stalls. The room was quiet at night. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The owner and her staff were friendly and ready to help. They arranged me a speedboat tour and a motorcycle for rent. If you like snorkeling, I highly recommend to join a day trip to islands around Chumphon. There are 2 different programs from a few tour operators on odd and even day. Both programs are nice and underwater are really beautiful (if the weather allows).
