Cabana coffee house - don’t bother. Super slow and the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Perhaps due to the thin air. Portions were ridiculously small. And this is with ordering food the day before. How many days earlier did we need to order the food?

It was my first time staying at this hotel and was strongly recommended by my cousin.We really enjoyed our stay here as all staffs are very friendly from the front desk till the restaurant. The foods served at the restaurant during breakfast are really superb and my family members really love it.All the staffs are very knowledgeable and they would recommend places that we could go during our stay. Once again,thank you for the great hospitality and we would be making another trip back to this hotel soon.

The hotel is new and still in good condition. We stayed in a family room which had a interesting design and was comfortable for us (family of 5). Breakfast was good but not much choice (we were late). But I really enjoyed the roti canai station. Roti canai "sarang burung" was supper yummy. The downside of this hotel is its location. It is 6km from the cable car so you have to drive to get there. It's fine but I think you can get other hotels up there at the same price rate as this hotel. It's easier because you don't have to take the cable car and drive to the theme park. There is a glasshouse at the upper level but it is closed. So nothing much you can explore in this hotel which for me the price rate is quite high.

The hotel seems relatively new. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a balcony. The bathroom especially is well-decorated and large. The booking didn’t come with breakfast, but I thought that was alright as there are plenty of food options just across the hotel. There are convenience stores, a bar, massage parlour and even a Starbucks all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is situated away from the more touristy hotels like Resort World. Do recommend for you to self-drive or have your own pick-up service as it can be rather difficult to get Grab taxi/car in Genting. We spent quite a long time waiting for the taxi to bring us to the more popular attractions (i.e., First World Plaza/Sky Avenue).
