The MUKDAVIEW is marvelously located on the edge of the city centre in Mukdadan Province in the Isaan, Northeast region of Thailand.
My 4th floor room was ; modern spacious, comfortable and had an excellent television.
The hotel sits directly across the road from a local tourism icon, being the Mukdahan Tower, which was a major draw-card for me when I chose to book in here.
Shops (including Tesco, DIY and &-Eleven) are all within approximately one kilometre (1k) of the accommodation, as are a plethora of cafes, massage spas, bars, markets (including the Night Box and Indochina bazaars) and restaurants.
Breakfast was included as complementary (well, let us say amortised into the price ...) and it was really fantastic.
A couple of waters were provided at no cost, but all other items on display are 'pay-as-you-go' ...
The housekeeping staff are a cheery bunch and super helpful, too.
I ended up staying an extra night (see my YouTube) and in my experience, that is a pretty good surrogate indicator of one's satisfaction in regards choice of a place to stay.

Nous avons dormi au Mukdaview dans la nuit du 26 au 27 janvier 2020. Nous avions réservé avec Agoda au tarif de 572 baht avec petit déjeuner inclus. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas d'internet car cela a occasionné des désagréments. Les 2 jeunes réceptionnistes n'ont pas pu voir ma réservation prépayée et j'ai payé le tarif en argent comptant. Je ne savais même pas moi-même que ma réservation était prépayée car je suis revenu tout récemment avec Agoda et que je n'avais pas tout vérifié les détails de la réservation. J'ai pu me faire rembourser le lendemain heureusement car nous étions encore en ville quand j'ai constaté les détails de cette réservation. La propriétaire était désolée et m'a remboursé mon 572 baht. Heureusement que la très gentille Nie, une amie de la famille, était encore sur place et a pu grandement faciliter les choses car elle parle anglais. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et excellent. Notre chambre 501 était très confortable et correcte. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable avec la famille et Nie après le petit déjeuner. Nous étions à environ 15 minutes à pied du marché indochinois et à deux pas de la Tour. Nous ajouterons des photos. Nous espérons que le Mukdaview aura résolu son problème d'internet quand vous y serez. Nous aimons bien payé pour ce que nous lisons dans les descriptions quand séjournons dans un hôtel.

The rooms were good value at 500 thb per night. Tip - phone the hotel direct to get a good deal (mainly Thai speaking reception though). The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly but the breakfast was not great unless the buffet option was available. you would need your own transport if you stop here and the Wi-Fi signal needs to be improved. We would stay here again.
