Stayed here on transit from Mumbai to Bangalore. A very decent place with friendly and helpful staff. Nice and well laid out rooms. Mountain View rooms have an excellent view of nature and technology (windmills).

This was the first time to stay at "Fairfield" category of Marriott chain, but I opted to stay here due to pandemic and assurance of sanitization at this property. It is off the highway (Pune-Bangalore) and we stayed for two nights as transit stops. The rooms are compact (queen bed), but we were given the windmill side rooms, which looks nice in the morning time. The bathroom in both occasions was clean and tidy, As quoted by other travelers, you'll have to request for in-room slippers dental kit and other accessories. We chose to have in-room dining service and the food was tasty! The only concern was placing the order and its interpretation. On both occasions, the team did some goof up. Since the internal calls were not picked up, I had to call the front desk using external phone number. The parking wasn't an issue and the room service staff was courteous. The Marriott Bonvoy App issued requests didn't seem to be looked into by this hotel, so something for them to find it out. However, a peaceful stay, delicious food and property is new so interiors are pleasant!…

Stayed here in December 2020 while in transit to Coorg from Mumbai. It was a nice comfortable stay at the end of a longish drive. The quality of sleep was lovely. The rooms have a lovely view. Room service for dinner was efficient and the buffet breakfast was nice. Also the hotel is bang on the highway and easily accessible. Would recommend the place and stay here again.

Had a transit stop over at this property on 03.01.2021. Everything from hospitality to the rooms were top class. All the amenities were extra ordinary. This property has three lawns and is kids friendly. Worth the stay.

Stayed in this property twice on our way to Goa and back, being an elite ambassador member I was upgraded twice to a suite with a great view of the windmills, the hotel is a decent property keeping in mind its a Fairfield and is just a category 1 Marriott hotel. The staff is very warm and hospitable and the GM Mr Vinayak leads by example. Areas of improvement - Room service and In-room dining service is very slow, the staff should endeavour to improve on that. Some infrastructure needs renovation.
