Me and my parents had come down to Kannur for a wedding in the family and some other commitments and stayed at Monsoon apartments for 9 days. We stayed on the 1st floor apartment with balcony. The apartment is well equipped with everything you'd have in your own house. And I mean even the smallest things. For a detailed list of amenities they provide you can always check their listing on booking dot com. We felt as if we came to our home away from home. The place has very good vibes and that is because of the painstaking care which Adnan Uncle and Reema Aunty put into maintaining the property. Everything in the property is spic and span, orderly, clean and well organised. They do not employ any random housekeeping service for the maintenance and instead are actively involved in it themselves and that ultimately shows in the final output. When one puts so much love and care into maintaining the house, its only obvious that the house will love you back. Uncle and his son were always a call away for anything we needed, be it dropping us to the main road in their car or getting milk for us every morning. Reema aunty even treated us to a complimentary delicious morning breakfast of Porottas and Egg roast. In short the love, care and hospitality made for a very memorable time spent. There is a conscious effort put into the waste management and disposal which is very refreshing and commendable to see. This is one of those rare gems where the entire operation is run with immense pride,strong sense of responsibility and loads of love and care and as you eventually depart you carry with yourself a lot of learnings along with happy memories. Looking forward to our next trip here! :) …

This is a hidden gem. Hallmark being the support forthcoming from hosts Adnan and Reema. Adnan volunteered to pick us up from town centre when we reached Kannur past midnight. Room in the 2bhk villa was spotless and clean. Kitchen was adequate with enough utensils, cutlery and foodstuff. Location is just about five minute drive from town centre, in a very quite neighbourhood, away from the hustle bustle. Adnan always assisted us in logistics. Villa has a nice garden. The hosting couple took personal care in preparing our breakfast, which was yummy. It was a last minute booking and we were open minded for compromises during the stay. However, the stay was exceptionally enjoyable and exceeded our expectations.

Our accommodation at Monsoon apartment was exactly as advertised. The apartment was super clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The homely food served for breakfast was fresh and delicious. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a home away from home.

Me and my wife stayed in this apartment for a one night stay on our way to Gokarna. Though not particularly easy to spot it is conveniently located . The rooms were carefully decorated, and the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The hosts were particularly nice and helpful, and not only drove us for dinner but also accommodated our request of a delicious breakfast. They also made our stay comfortable by adding channels of our choice on the TV so that we did not miss our favourite movies. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those who plan to visit Kannur

My husband and I stayed one night on our way to mookambika to find this slice of heaven . The owners are the most friendly helpful people who truly go above and beyond everything to make our stay comfortable and complete. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. the lounge is separate , relaxing and convenient with the added advantage of a fully equipped kitchen. i would like if we could have stayed longer and have no hesitation in recommending this property for a long or short stay .
