All the team was just amazing, wam welcomed, very good professional, from security, front office, f&b team all where really amazing… and we had a small trip and we use the hotel car with driver Sreeraj was really amazing good talking clean car , we’ll plan for the trip

Great ambience. Ample parking space. Very hospitable staffs esp Security. Convenient location on the highway from Kannur to Thaliparampa. Only negative was the waiting time in the restaurant during our visit may be due to some function in the hotel. Saw film actor Devan in the reception area

We walked in at this property finding it quite appealing while driving towards Kannur, surprisingly the hotel turned out to be fairly of good standards and maintenance. The rooms are well kept with amenities with good cleanliness. Being Onam times they were short of staff but managed to extend services satisfactorily. The breakfast buffet spread was also quite elaborate and nice. All in all a reasonably well maintained hotel worthy of staying.

We discovered Magnet hotel by chance. We were looking for a stopover on our way from Palakkad to Kasargode and back in Kerala. Besides, we had a few temple visits on our minds too. Google threw up a few options but we weren't sure of the quality of the property. We were driving by one evening and we stopped to look at something that attracted us - the well-lit logo of Magnet hotel and the way it was laid out with a nice drive way that ended in a nice looking property. Akshay at the front office was a delight to meet. He is an asset for the hotel. Very professional and courteous. He gave us all the details we needed and arranged for us to view the rooms. Since this is a fairly new hotel, the rooms are clean, well designed, offer all the facilities you need and is well maintained. The black and white entangle-like art on the walls add beauty to the decor. Nandu, the young boy who helped us with the check in and check out was very kind and courteous. The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast buffet with some nice Kerala dishes that are worth indulging in. Akhil, Atul and Abhil were very welcoming, professional and indulged all our requests. They are young boys with a lot of potential and we wish them the best in their career in the hospitality industry. We stayed there a second time because our first experience was very good.…

Situated away from the city centre, but on the highway, a modern and chic hotel with a lot of parking space. Online booking was done. Check-in and check out was smooth. The rooms are compact with modern amenities. The bathroom is. neat and sparkling clean. The pillow and mattress are comfortable for a good sleep. Linens were clean..Didn't try the restaurant..There was no cleaning of rooms and change of towels during my stay. Dont know the reason thou. Otherwise the overall stay was good and shall recommend for others.
