Dear guest, first of all we're grateful for your opinion about our hotel. Bad opinions help us to grow up and to do better. We are a new business hotel so we're particularly careful about housekeeping and comfort of our rooms. Unfortunately the first room you had in hotel was occupied by another guest for a few minutes before your arrival. The guest asked to change the room because he won't an internal room and he said to have not used it to the reception. We changed the room to give him the maximum comfort and we had no time to control because you were already in the hall.
