1) Window would NOT open 2) Desk leg very lose 3) Dust about the door in shower room 4) Tiles broken on floor n wall by back of the toilet 5) Sink rain NOT cleaned 7) no leaflet in rooms to explain how lights work, heating/air condition unit, not advertising locals ie: food, restaurant, take always etc or local attractions (just saying) 8) NO bin liners in bins.
