I notice the response you provided to my review but it brings a SECOND question or a clarification of my FIRST question here above that I am not sure you understood according your response to my message.
I have no doubt about your respect for your staff but rather for your customers (due to the unpleasant mentioned comments but moreover for your claims against all evidences that your hamburgers and pizzas are homemade).
I MEANT THAT KITCHEN ORIENTAL WORKERS ARE ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS not because of their salaries compared to any other workers nationalities... but BY THE FACT THAT THEY GARNISH YOUR PIZZAS WITH PRODUCTS FROM METAL CANS AND ASSEMBLE OUTSOURCED HAMBURGERS COMPONENTS! I MEANT THAT THIS DOESN'T REPLACE THE WORK OF QUALIFIED COOK OBVIOUSLY MORE EXPENSIVE... AND MEANT THAT THIS SHOULD NOT ALLOW YOU TO DEFINE AND CLAIM YOUR PIZZAS AND HAMBURGERS ARE HOMEMADE.
I hope my question is more clear this way and you can answer it.

I would like to know how the restaurant owner can categorically reply customer/reviewer that Hamburger are homemade as (if I remember well)the menu and advertisements on the table mentioned the products as outsourced: Bread provenance from a bakery and meat from a butchery?
Really can you call homemade a hamburger by the fact you put the meat inside the bread???
Same question for the pizzas: the taste of the ingredients were clearly from a metal box..which means they are neither selected nor prepared by a cook!
THEN MY FINAL QUESTION IS:
Why to pretend that pizzas like hamburgers are homemade when they are not???
Considering that customers already pay for a kind of food which is not what you pretend... Can you understand that it is quite disappointing to read your claims?
IS THERE NO ADVANTAGE TO BE HONEST ? JUST A MATTER OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLE WHO PAY???

Marine B is a waitress employed by Boccalino. Thus she is not allowed to provide her opinion according TripAdvisor rules. Though 58% of average to terrible opinions is the double of any of the 3 surrounding competitors (restaurant du Port, Pirate and WhiteHorse...and though Boccalino's 17% of terrible opinion is 5 to 17 times more than the same competitors... Don't you think that it's not the way employees of the business should influence the result? This opinion must be withdrawn from TripAdvisor?
