Thinking of coming this weekend 7.1.17 (table for 2). Can we just turn up?

So I with my husband n two children for Xmas Dinner £67.50 per head n the kids are 12 and 21 so it was 4 adults n even tho we have eaten here before n it's always been lovely food that's why I chose the Midway but the Broth was very bland in taste the Turkey was also bland my husband only got 2 roast potatoes where as my son had 5 daughter had 3 n I had 3 there was ver little gravy and it was already on so u had no jug to pour on ur self I had beef that was ok nothing special veg was the Bailys cheese cake tasted like plain cheese cake Not Bailys Christmas pudding tasted like it had been microwaved as the texture was like rubber inside VERY DISAPPOINTED seen as it was XMAS DAY I understand they were busy but if you can't cope don't serve so many we were placed down the stairs to the left hand room upstairs was very busy I understand it's Xmas but don't bother if the food is going as bad as I've experienced Never again am I coming here just shocking food for the price of £270 for family of 4 don't mind paying the price I'd have thought we have enjoyed it but afraid Not don't know if they have a different chef or what

Hi Joanne, I am somewhat surprised and saddened to hear of your disappointing experience with us on Christmas Day. I was looking after your table on the day with the other two waitresses. I have double checked with both of the girls and at no point were any of us made aware of you being upset with any of your meals. We did serve over 230 people on the day so yes we were busy, but if we were made aware of anybody being unhappy with the meals we would have rectified this straight away.
