My wife is President of the Culinary Historians of Boston. On Tuesday, May 16, 2017 their speaker will be Elizabeth Andoh from Japan who will be talking about her new book and in particular about omusubi and onigiri. I was asked to find a restaurant that would be able to deliver to the Radcliffe Room at the Schlesinger Library on the Harvard/Radcliffe campus (talk is at 6 pm).
Takemura was one of the restaurants recommended to me. So, I have a few questions:
Do you have a variety of Omubushi and Onigiri on your menu (or could you create)?
Are there traditional accompaniments?
Can food for 10-20 people be delivered to Radcliffe Room at the Schlesinger Library by 6pm?
