At Radhuni, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us, I can assure you that this is not a norm at Radhuni, it is a very competitive market with a huge shortage of staff, we have to get it right the first time but from your review we have learned that clearly we have failed to do so, yet we are glad that you have brought this to our attention, there should be no excuse what so ever yes but we have been struggling to find staff who understands the industry, standard of service and the food we serve, this has been solved as we have more staff joining over the next couple of months.
