May I take this chance to apologize for any inconvenient that might have caused during your stay, it was a pity that you haven't informed us a bit sooner after you left. Otherwise, i could fix it and try to improve things better. Also, I would very much appreciate if you can tell your more exact date of stay so that i can check with the staff who is on duty during that week and let them know about it. We never stop improving and try our best in each season.
For the photos that you have taken, that aread doesn't belong as the resort and we haven't put on the fence to close that area due to the fact that we are asked by our neigbor not to put the fence on. As we want to be friendly with the local people and all environmet at the resort, we try not to bounderize our property strictly. However, all things are clear now as we told our neigbor to keep the area clean :)
For the cleaning that you mention that our rooms are dirty and our breakfast are not good. I would be perfect if you can tell us exactly period of your stay so that I will fix and let the staff know during that week happen. Besides, feel free to add more photos if you have one not just only the outside one. we are more than welcome to improve ourselves and service standard.
