จองเป็นห้อง sea view แต่ได้อัพเกรดเป็นห้อง suite เป็นห้องที่ใหญ่ขึ้น แต่ไม่ได้วิวทะเล ถือว่าโอเค โรงแรมสะอาด มีมุมถ่ายรูปสวยๆ ได้หลากหลาย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกค่อนข้างน้อย ถ้ามาจากแยกฉลอง ทางเข้าโรงแรมตรงปากทางซอยปฏัก 2 ค่อนข้างอันตราย แต่เป็นทางที่ไปถึงโรงแรมได้ไวกว่าเข้าทางซอยปฏัก 8 (ทางนี้ไกลกว่า และบางช่วงเป็นทางโค้ง มีเนินสูงมาก) พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส บริการดีมาก

พนักงานมีอัธยาสัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บริการดี สถานที่สะอาด สไตล์บูทิคโฮเท็ล อยู่พื้นที่บนเนินเขา แต่ทางเข้าอันตรายนิดหน่อยหากขับรถเอง เพราะรถที่นั่นขับกันเร็วมาก อาหารเช้าหลากหลายดี รสชาติพอใช้ได้ สระว่ายน้ำสวย สะอาด น่าว่ายมาก มีส่วนที่เป็น whirl pool ด้วย และมีสระว่ายน้ำเด็ก เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวมาพักผ่อน

มาเปนครั้งที่3แล้ว การบริการดีเยี่ยม ห้องสะอาดหรูหรา เกินราคา ทุกอย่างดีหมดแถมให้เยอะมาก จองมา บอกมีเด็กให้เตียงเสริมอีก ฟรี ไม่คิดตังค์ สุดยอดการบริการ ถ้ามาที่ภูเก็ต แล้วไม่ได้พักที่นี่นะเสียใจแย่เลย ที่สำคัญ คุณภาพ เกินราคา พอแระไม่อยากบอกมาก เด่วมาคราวหน้า ไม่มีที่พัก

พนักงานบริการดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนหลับสบาย อาหารเช้าดี
ทำเลที่ต้ังของโรงแรม เวลาขับรถเข้าออกปากซอยปฎัก 2 ขับยากมาก เป็นทางโค้งขึ้นลงเนิน รถขับเร็วมากต้องระวังพอสมควร ถ้ามาจากทางอ่าวฉลอง ไม่สามารถเลี้ยวขวาเข้าซอยได้เลย (กลัวรถชนท้าย) เป็นช่วงโค้งลงเนินพอดี
ช่วงเวลาไปพักมีการซ่อมบำรุงห้องพักใกล้ๆกัน เดินออกจากห้องออกมามีกลิ่นสีแรงมาก แต่อยู่ในห้องจะไม่ได้กลิ่น
สรุปโดยรวมถือว่าดีใช้ได้

ได้ห้องพักติดสระ รู้สึกเป็นส่วนตัว และสะดวกสบาย แต่ห้องน้ำไฟน้อยไปหน่อย ทำให้ค่อนข้างมืด และตู้เย็นก็ไม่ค่อยเย็นเท่าไหร่ค่ะ แต่พนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะ ขอชื่นชม ส่วนอาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะดีค่ะ และทานได้ตั้งแต่ 6-11 น.
