We are disappointed to know that some of aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I have addressed this issue to our F&B management team. They will review the procedure to improve guest service.
In regards to the taxi service, Phuket’s transportation sector has a complicated reputation. For more comfortable transportation service, please kindly be informed that the resort provide Hotel Limousine with different types of cars.
In regards to our security, we regretted to hear that it caused you inconvenience. This is the hotel’s policy in controlling traffic, to ensure the security and safety of guests who enjoy walking around the resort. However, we will consider how we can refine guest arrival experience.
