Good morning from Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa
Thank you for your review. I would like to apologize for not delivering on our usual world class service levels. We pride ourselves on taking care of every guest, and this time it does seem we missed an opportunity to impress. We have full manning in the resort and at the time of your arrival, the resort was extremely busy. The hotel was fully booked which is great for all our associates as they love keeping busy and ensuring all our fantastic guests are always happy.
I need to advise that the international pilots are in fact working on private jets and commercial airlines based in Bangkok- they are domestic pilots only. In fact, all our foreign guests are based in Thailand as the hotel is not a state quarantine hotel, nor will it be. We do not discriminate against anyone when it comes to people staying with us. The safety and security of all our guests and associates is all times our number one priority.
