I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for not meeting your expectations during your stay as we aim to ensure all our amazing guests have an experience that brings them back again and again. The Renaissance is indeed a true five-star international hotel with reputable services and standards, including amenities that are available to all our guests at any time. We use Tokyo Milk products and provide the full range. The pool is one of the most photographed pools in Phuket, especially given the national park setting, ocean views and lush grounds. I am sorry that the pool did not meet your standards. The kids pool and play area is also a decent size and provides great enjoyment for families. I am not sure if you may have visited that pool only during your stay and therefore, we do hope to have the opportunity for you to return to experience the resorts main pool in the future. The breakfast is a buffet and is the best breakfast buffet on the island. As with all other international hotels, we also offer a la carte breakfast served in the guest room. This comes as a separate charge as explained on check in. I am concerned about your comments regarding the spa as it is not deserted, and the rooms all have scent and services provided by amazing therapists in a truly relaxing environment. Again, I off my personal apologies for not meeting your expectations.
