We are glad to read of your positive experience despite the bad weather. Due to the renovation of some of our Club Rooms, we had a limited number available as well as most of the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors which were closed as the renovation works would have been disruptive to a peaceful holiday experience.
Thank you for your appreciation of the service and amenities in your room. Our staff will be very happy to know their efforts made your holiday better and thank you for the appreciation.
In case of bad weather we do offer some activities and games in the hotel lobby, table tennis at the lower lobby as well as offer dvd rentals at a very low price. We do hope you managed to try these activities.
