We regret to read that you did not have a positive experience in regards to your room as well as the service. As for the room and facilities, we are slated for renovations next year which will address the look of the room as well as the facilities in the room such as, air con, plumbing and shower. The swimming pool condition is also going to be addressed at this time.
I will look into the service at breakfast and bell desk to ensure all guests are serviced with the same warmth and sincerity.
We look forward to your return, perhaps after some refurbishment is done.
