We are delighted that you found the location of the hotel to your satisfaction but concerned about your experience since your arrival. There is no excuse for the lack of attention from the time you drove into the hotel, the conduct of the bell staff on handling your luggage as well as not having a staff member to greet and escort you into the lobby for your check in.

We sincerely apologize for the condition of the villa and not ensuring the equipment were in good working order and that the utensils were stocked. We have shared your feedback with the Director of rooms for his immediate attention. All staff members on duty and responsible for their areas have been spoken to and reprimanded for their shortfall in service.

Please accept our sincere apologies once again and we thank you for highlighting areas for our immediate improvement. We do hope to welcome you back and show you the improvements we have made.

I regret to read that you had a negative experience with the service that was not offered in providing a bandage and will investigate this personally as this definitely does not reflect our standards. All our employees are not just trained to provide service and assistance but more-so, it has become part of their DNA. If one employee is not living up to the standards, I will take necessary action. May I sincerely apologize for this shortfall.

We are also concerned for the other difficulties you faced in the room with the water from the shower not draining properly. I have shared this with our engineering team who will ensure necessary repairs are carried out.

Our main focus and responsibility is to ensure a perfect holiday experience for all guests and in this case we failed to give you a good experience. I will share your feedback with the team in order to make immediate improvements to the service and condition of the room.
