Thank you taking the time to provide us with your genuine feedback on your recent stay with us.
We are delighted to hear that our location, property, facilities, and transfers met your expectations. However, we are sorry you were disappointed with some aspects of your stay. Indeed, the bay and beach in front of our resort get busy from 10am to 4pm during the peak season from November to April, which is in fact mentioned on our website, and we are fully aware of the inconvenience this may cause our guests. As stated in previous reviews, unfortunately, there is really not much we can do to stop day trippers from visiting the island as all beaches in Thailand are by law public. That said, rest assured we do our best to ensure our guests’ stay is as pleasant and as relaxing as it should be. We have exclusive areas within our property for our guests to enjoy and there are other secluded beaches on the island for our guests to explore. Complimentary use of mountain bikes is available to our guests for easier navigation around the island and our staff members are happy to assist with maps and directions.
We apologize for the inconsistent service you have received during your stay. It is our aim to provide all of our guests with the highest level of service which not only meets but exceeds the expectations of a luxury hotel, and we are focused on constantly training our staff in this area. Also, we apologize for the challenges you have had in communicating with our staff. English is taught as a second language here in Thailand and we do have an in-house English teacher to help our staff improve their English language skills.
We are sorry for the incident involving one of our guests’ kids urinating on the side of the pool. Such behavior is indeed unbecoming and unacceptable. My team and I have addressed this issue and we have taken responsibility to reinforce preventive measures to avoid similar occurrences from happening again.
