“อินเตอร์คอนติเนนตัล ภูเก็ต รีสอร์ท” InterContinental Phuket Resort มีพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 22 ไร่ แบ่งเป็นสองส่วนคือส่วนของโซนหน้าหาดติดทะเล และโซนด้านภูเขาโดยจะมีถนนคั่นอยู่ โดยทั้ง 2 ฝั่งสามารถเดินถึงกันได้ผ่านอุโมงค์ใต้ดิน ซึ่งภายในอุโมงค์มีจิตรกรรมฝ่าผนังบอกเล่าเรื่องเล่าของเมืองภูเก็ต โดยจะใข้รถกอล์ฟในการสัญจรไปมา
โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ที่หาดกมลา จากสนามบินมาโรงแรมก็ประมาณ 30 นาที

ห้องพักของโรงแรม ocean view, club สวยงามมาก ผังห้อง เครื่องใช้ต่างๆดี.
-ได้ทาน afternoon tea& cocktail ตอนเย็น ทั้ง 3วัน แต่จนท.ต้องถามเบอร์ห้องพักจนถึงมื้อสุดท้าย แสดงถึงความเอาใจใส่ของจนท.
- อาหารเช้า เลือกไปทานที่ห้องอาหารปิ่นโต อาหารเช้าหลากหลายเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่น, สั่งไข่ลวก แต่ปอกมากลับเป็นไข่ต้ม บอกจนท. ๆ บอกว่าเลือกได้ว่าให้cook 3 , 5, 7 นาที ซึ่งผมมองว่ามันไม่ใช่ เพราะผมต้องการแค่ไข่ลวก จะกี่นาทีคงแล้วแต่คนปรุง เพราะผมไปพักทุกโรงแรมก็ได้กินไข่ลวก ไม่ใช่สุกจนเป็นไข่ต้ม แสดงถึงการไม่ยอมรับในความผิดพลาดและทักษะการสื่อสารในการแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งถ้าผมเป็นจนท.ก็แค่ยอมรับและไปเอาไข่ลวกมาให้
สรุป สถานที่ดี, แต่การบริการของพนง.ไม่สมกับสถานที่

เป็นโรงแรมที่ประทับใจมากที่สุด บริการดีที่สุด ชอบทุกๆอย่าง ตั้งแต่มีบริการจอดรถให้ พนักงานหน้าฟร้อนน่ารักมากบริการดี พูดเพราะ แนะนำห้องพักเป็นอย่างดี จำได้ว่าน้องเป็นคนเชียงใหม่ พนักงานทุกคนพูดเพราะทักทายอัธยาศัยดี มีน้ำใจ บริการดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ให้คะแนนเต็ม10ไม่หักเลย ดีมากๆเลยค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะมาพักอีกแน่นอน และจะแนะนำเพื่อนๆ คนรู้จักทุกคนให้มาพักที่นี่
