รู้สึกแฮปปี้ตั้งแต่เดินเข้าโรงแรม จุดนึงที่อยากชมที่สุดคือพนังงานทุกคนดูเป็นมิตรมากๆ วิวสวย ชอบห้องน้ำชา และเบเกอร์รี่
ร้านอาหาร Tengoku ก็อร่อยมากๆ ชอบเมนู Tako
ห้องพักสบายได้รับ การต้อนรับที่ดีมากๆ เพราะลงไปว่าไปฮันนีมูน
มีดอกไม้จัดที่เตียง และเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับ
ในส่วนพนักงานโซน Reception ได้คุณ Deuce กับคุณ Dew
ต้อนรับอย่างดี แนะนำคอนเซปโรงแรม ตำแหน่งมุมถ่ายรูป ฯลฯ

ห้องพักของโรงแรม ocean view, club สวยงามมาก ผังห้อง เครื่องใช้ต่างๆดี.
-ได้ทาน afternoon tea& cocktail ตอนเย็น ทั้ง 3วัน แต่จนท.ต้องถามเบอร์ห้องพักจนถึงมื้อสุดท้าย แสดงถึงความเอาใจใส่ของจนท.
- อาหารเช้า เลือกไปทานที่ห้องอาหารปิ่นโต อาหารเช้าหลากหลายเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่น, สั่งไข่ลวก แต่ปอกมากลับเป็นไข่ต้ม บอกจนท. ๆ บอกว่าเลือกได้ว่าให้cook 3 , 5, 7 นาที ซึ่งผมมองว่ามันไม่ใช่ เพราะผมต้องการแค่ไข่ลวก จะกี่นาทีคงแล้วแต่คนปรุง เพราะผมไปพักทุกโรงแรมก็ได้กินไข่ลวก ไม่ใช่สุกจนเป็นไข่ต้ม แสดงถึงการไม่ยอมรับในความผิดพลาดและทักษะการสื่อสารในการแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งถ้าผมเป็นจนท.ก็แค่ยอมรับและไปเอาไข่ลวกมาให้
สรุป สถานที่ดี, แต่การบริการของพนง.ไม่สมกับสถานที่
