We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had during your stay. It's concerning to hear about the issues with the room's condition, dampness, and the overall service. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and we regret that your experience was so far from what we aim to provide.
Your feedback regarding the room, pool, and service has been noted and will be addressed with our team to prevent such occurrences in the future. We have done some work with regards to reducing condensation in this high humidity weather in the rainy reason and will continue to find ways to address this in future as well.
