This room has just renovated. From your review regarding with smell, i have informed our Housekeeping Manager to sort out this problem.
Of course, at the afternoon time, our resort we provide free coffee and tea at our lobby as Coffee Delight. We are pleasant to know that you also enjoyed with this service.
For staff, we will have a training course as "Customer service" i deeply hope that we will improve services soonest.
