พนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะ ห้องพักไม่ใหญ่มากแต่สะดวกสบาย หน้าโรงแรมของกินเยอะ ค่อนข้างไกลทะเล แต่มีรถของโรงแรมบริการตลอด
อาหารเช้ามาตรฐานทั่วไป แต่กรุ๊ปจีนเยอะ ถ้าจะให้ดีลงมาเช้าหน่อยดีกว่า
ตอนที่จองไม่ได้รีเควสห้อง แค่เลือกเป็น non smoking แต่ตอน check in บอกน้องที่หน้าฟร้อนขอเป็นห้อง pool view น้องที่หน้าฟร้อนก็เปลี่ยนให้เลย โดยรวมประทับใจค่ะ

โรงแรมมีการตกแต่งโปร่งและโล่งสบาย รวมถึงสระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งที่มองเห็นวิวหย้าผา สวยงามมากๆ พนักงานบริการดี ห้องพักโดยรวมแล้วอยูาในขั้นดี ไม่เล็กมาก ถ้าไปเป็นครอบครัวก็สามารถอยู่ห้อง Connecting room ได้ อาหารเช้าแบบุฟเฟ่ต์ดี และสะอาด ราคาน่าพอใจมาก

การไปพักครั้งนี้จองห้องพักพร้อมตั๋วเครื่องบินผ่านทาง airasiago ก่อนไปถึงลืมปริ้นเอกสารยืนยันการเข้าพัก แต่ทางพนักงานก็ประสานงานโดยใช้แค่บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน เพราะมีข้อมูลอยู่แล้ว เมื่อเข้าไปในห้องพัก Wifi เร็ว ห้องพร้อมบริการ มีความสะอาด และมีวิวที่มองเห็นภูเขาของอ่าวนางได้ในระยะใกล้ ทุกอย่างนี้ทำให้ประทับใจกับการบริการที่มีมาตรฐานของไอบิส และจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

เป็นโรงแรมที่ตกแต่งแนวปีนเขา ซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของกระบี่ ตัวที่พักไม่ติดชายหาด แต่ก็มีรถรับส่ง สามารถเดินออกไปหาของกินได้ไม่ไกลนัก รวมทั้งร้านสะดวกซื้อ อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลาย เปิดให้กินถึง10.00น. ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวของที่นี่ คือไฟดับบ่อย แต่ไฟในส่วนกลาง ทางเดิน หรือลิฟท์ จะไม่ดับ พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากๆ ทัวร์ที่คอนแทคกับโรงแรมก็ดีแถมยังราคาไม่แพง

We are glad to read about your satisfaction with our product and that you most particularly appreciated the value for money of the hotel, the location close to all shops, restaurants and convenient stores, as well as the variety of the complimentary breakfast.
We are sorry about the power outage which happened during your stay. The raining season in Krabi is often subject to heavy rains, winds or others which create damage to the main city lines connected to our hotel. The hotel does provide a generator in these situations which can only provide electricity for all emergency lighting.
