เป็นโรงแรมที่บรรยากาศดี สภาพห้องยังใหม่มาก วิวสวยโดยเฉพาะห้องฝั่งสระว่ายน้ำ ในห้องพักมีผ้าเช็ดตัวสำหรับสระว่ายน้ำให้ด้วย สะดวกมาก พนักงานบริการค่อนข้างดี มีขนมกับน้ำให้ทานที่ล็อบบี้ตลอดช่วงบ่ายถึงค่ำ มีโปรโมชั่นสำหรับห้องอาหารเยอะดี

โรงแรมใหม่สะอาดมากคะ วิวด้านหลังสวยมากคะเป็นภูเขาหินและสระว่ายน้ำ มีห้องที่สามารถทะลุถึงกันไดัเหมาะปาร์ตี้กับเพื่อนๆมากเลยค่ะ เตียงนุ่มดี ห้องแคบแต่สะอาด ห้องน้ำมีกระจกใสตรงอ่างล้างหน้าแต่มีมู่ลี่กั้นให้สำหรับคนที่ไม่ได้เป็นแฟนกัน5555 ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่ เสียงดังมากไม่ได้ อาหารเช้าบุฟเฟต์มีให้เลือกเยอะ เติมตลอด. ล็อบบี้ก็มีน้ำสมุนไพรกับขนมขบเคี้ยวบริการตั้งแต่สายถึงช่วงหัวค่ำโรงแรมไกลหาดแต่มีรถรับส่งทุกชั่วโมง

ชอบนี้นี่มากครับคิดว่าจะต้องกลับไปใหม่แน่นอน บรรยากาศรอบๆที่พักเงียบสงบมาก และไม่ไกลจากอ่าวนาง สะดวกในการเดินทาง พนักงานเป็นกันเองยินดีให้บริการมาก
ประทับใจอีกเรื่องหนึ่งคือบุพเฟ่อาหารเช้า รสชาติดีอร่อยมาก

โรงแรมใหม่ ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดการตกแต่ง สวยงาม ห้องพักวิวสวย อุปกรณืเครื่องมือใช้สอย ต่างๆ ใหม่เอี่ยม เตียงนอนสบายมาก ที่เด็ดสุดคือห้องอาหาร อาหารมีให้เลือกเยอะมาก อร่อยหลากหลาย มีรถไปส่งที่อ่าวนาง แต่ไม่มีรับกลับ แต่สามารถเดินได้

บริการที่เยี่ยมแบบมาตรฐานของชื่อไอบิสเลยคะ ที่ รร.มีชัตเตอร์บัสส่งที่หาดนพรัตน์ ออกทุกชั่วโมง บริเวณใกล้ๆล็อบบี้มีเคาท์เตอร์แนะนำทัวร์ที่ต่างๆ มีบริการเช่ามอเตอร์ไซด์ วันละ150.-บาท มีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบิน ราคาเที่ยวละ600.-คะ ถ้าไปเกิน 3 คนขึ้นไป เรียกใช้บริการแทกซี่จะคุ้มกว่านั่งชัตเติลบัสจากสนามบินคะ(ชัตเติลบัสราคาคนละ 150.- บริเวณที่ตั้งมีร้านอาหารรสชาดเยี่ยมหลายร้าน วามารถเดินไปอ่าวนางได้ ไม่ไกลมากคะ
